Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to Vox.com, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.

A new LOFT concept store sprang up yesterday at Roosevelt Collection. Just in time for turkey, menorahs, and carols (and, okay, sleet and snow), the store's inventory is flush with cardigans and sweaters, and winter-white and blush are prominent hues in the collection. There are also holiday-party-ready pieces dolled up with pearl embellishments and metallic textures.

Not sure if you're a blush or silver kind of gal? Just ask one of the staffers. Called "personal stylists," we're told that the store's sales associates have been thoroughly trained in the art of building outfits, and they'll gladly offer tips on layering and pairing. (If you've been to the store, let us know how your "styling" session went!)

If you shop this week, you'll be able to enter a contest to win a $250 shopping spree at the store, and that can get you a good start on collecting new winter basics. We took a look at the website, and sweaters seem to average at around $50, while the average dress is around $80 and there's plenty of outerwear for under $90.
