Saint Alfred Teams Up With New Balance; Royal Kicks Ensue

Wicker Park boutique Saint Alfred has partnered up with New Balance of a pair of red-on-red kicks. Set to launch tomorrow, the suede sneakers have a small "N" logo and go by the name of New Balance x Saint Alfred 1500. A rep tells us that the custom shoes—made with premium long-hair suede—were inspired by royalty. The sneakers are available at Saint Alfred and online tomorrow; starting December 28, they'll be available at nationwide shops. The shoes retail for $159.95.
