We haven't even dug ourselves out from underneath the ice and plans for hot summer days are already in motion. Yes, we're already full-steam for sunshine with the announcement today of the dates for three of Chicago's top shop-related festivals; Design Harvest, Wicker Park Fest and the Do-Division Sidewalk Sale.

Do-Division Street Fest & Sidewalk Sale: Kicking off fest season with a bang in 2013, this signature Chicago fest pits great shopping, music and entertainment together spanning a lengthy 10-city blocks. This is one of the biggest sidewalk sales in the nation with an estimated 70,000+ shoppers from May 31 - June 2.

Design Harvest: Contemporary and sustainable design thrives in Grand Avenue's Design District, where on Sept 28 - 29, shops and makers of design objects pop-up shop in an aesthetic marketplace.

Wicker Park Fest: Described as the best street music festival of the summer by the Chicago Tribune, Wicker Park Fest's reputation of street style, people watching and alt-pop-up shops has grown into epic proportions. It happens in 2013 on July 27 - 28.
