Tru Blooms, the first city-specific fragrance made by Chicago-based Tru Fragrance is planning on coming back for a sophomore year. After the first year testing the waters in a first-ever model of being grown locally, harvested by locals and produced right here in the Chicago metropolitan area, the company is all-in for a 2013 fragrance run that embodies the our fair city.
