Lincoln Park Anthropologie Nears Opening; Here's a Look Inside

Not to worry, the dump truck won't be in the parking lot when they open.

The North and Clybourn hubbub is about to see the first shop open in Lincoln Park's newest development, The Shops on Fremont. A dusty salmon-y honeysuckle pink exterior of Anthropologie will soon be the beacon of the new shopping complex. Just a crosswalk away from The Container Store, the beefy construction crew is installing shelving and fixtures this week, hoping for a merchandise move next Monday.

Inside the shop we see the signature Anthro washed color palette of greens and yellows with a ton of wood in the entryway, stretching across the floors and back to the dressing rooms. Look for an early to mid-March opening.
