When Nike first opened Nike Training Club in Lincoln Park, there were promises of classes and community activities. And now that the first month of business has passed, On Your Mark Coaching + Training is taking the reins to host a free lifestyle and nutrition seminar.
So if your Spring fitness goals are full steam ahead and taking top priority, you'll find your solution this Saturday, March 2 at 1PM. On Your Mark's Dr. Brittaney is coaching athletes, and the not-so-athletic, on how to feed your and treat your body well through everyday diet recommendations and snacks for specific situations like post-workout. The best part about this is not that it's free, but that On Your Mark's in-house chef, Sarah Chang is whipping up the trainers' favorite dishes and giving away samples from Hammer, Greater Than and Honey Stinger.
