Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to Vox.com, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.
Aaron Firestein and Raaja Nemani, the creatives behind BucketFeet, the Chicago-based brand that brings awareness to global issues of social activism has been growing, as Raaja says, "like a weed". Since the last time we talked, the team/duo has been named by Fast Company as one of 7 entrepreneurial forces who are changing the world and launching new styles like rapid-fire. In fact, like lightning tomorrow, two new styles are being launched: 'Cloudwalkers' by Ben Giustino in Berekely and 'Fat Sugar' by Fat Sugar Daddy in Cartagena, Colombia. Raaja says they're not stopping there--no--over the next few weeks they're launching 6 new collaborations so keep your eyes peeled.
