It is February and Punxsutawney Phil predicted spring is coming. You are past all the holiday excuses for over indulging and you have likely given up on your New Year's Resolution (seriously, did you know the failure rate for New Years get fit resolutions is 88% percent?) but beach weather is just around the corner.
