Theme for Fashion Wars Kids 2013 is 'Carnival Couture'

Fashion Wars is BACK. Produced by Kesha Styles Wilson, this edition happens March 10, featuring trendy tots as models walking the runway. The theme is "Carnival Couture" for each of the 20 mini model looks. A panel of judges will rate the stylists on creativity, hair and make-up, accessories and combined fluidity of all elements.
