A Chicago designer named Chelsey Carter under the label Alex Carter is making garments with negative collars. She's calling them Anti-Peter Pan collars and making them from fabrics ranging from wool to crepe, and corduroy, taffeta and mesh. Oh, and she doesn't 'do' sizes-everything is a size medium. [DNA]
