The first and only location (so far) of Lara Hudson's fitness studio The Mercury Method is adding brand new specialty classes to its schedule starting April 1st. And just when you thought the heated studio couldn't incorporate any other workouts to be performed at 98.6°, Lara has added four supplemental athletic mind/body cross training classes.
Included is Deep Yoga, power flow yoga class for flexibility, definition and to strengthen lungs and High Performance Pilates, which focuses on deep abdominal power, shoulder and hip stability and definition. On a slightly more athletic level there's the Runner's High for runners to develop muscular balance in the legs, stability and flexibility in the joints and Barre Fly, which the client has an individual three-foot high ballet barre in front of them for a harder core workout.
