This weekend inside a massive old Polish banquet hall, Wicker Park's newest footwear store, "Stash" opened to curious sneaker freaks and Air Jordan junkies. DNAInfo reports it's a cavernous shop featuring multiple brands including Nike, Vans, Converse, Asics, Reebok Tom's and New Balance. There's even a glass-walled room just for Air Jordans, which are priced from $235 to $295.
Situated between Payless and Footlocker, the store will soon flesh out its selling space with more workout clothing and shoes form its parent store Diana's Shoes to compete in Wicker Park's now almost totally gentrified Milwaukee Avenue. The Grand opening will happen in April after which Diana's Shoes will completely merge and move into Stash.
