EVERYWHERE - The good news is that Uber, the car service is expanding its reach to the suburbs. The bad news is that they are raising prices. Starting next monday, Uber will add a $1.25 booking fee to each TAXI you request. But to improve reliability, they are lowering fees so drivers keep more of each fare. There is no change to the pricing on BLACK car or SUV. [Racked Inbox]
RIVER NORTH - Scheana Marie, star on Bravo's "Vanderpump Rules" stopped by Blowtique this week on the way to her show at Hydrate. Scheana opted for some bouncy curls and a big green bow.
