Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to Vox.com, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.

The Empty Bottle on Western is normally known for a rowdy time but every now and then they really get going. Those times are the times when vendors from The Chicago Handmade Market come in, set up shop and sell their wares. The next edition happens this Saturday from 12-4PM. Think a smaller indoor Renegade with lots of booze. Most vendors at the bi-annual market will be selling non-wearable items but lots of home goods, bath and apothecary items and great gifts.
