Tom Ford Actually Moving Into Phase I of The Esquire Theater

Earlier this year we received a confirmation from Tom Ford's camp that the store intended a 2013 opening in Oak Street's refurbished shining star The Esquire Theater. What wasn't clear was which part of the theater since there are still vacant jewel box storefronts and a big excavation site a few doors east where Sofia once was. Recently, we learned that Tom Ford has leased half the remaining space in Phase One of the Esquire Theater project (next to Buccellati) rather than Phase Two as originally published.
