This morning the ink is drying on new leases at the soon-to-be-completed Fashion Outlets Chicago. In addition to the monster roster of more than 150 shops including high-end playas;Halston, Herve Leger, Helzberg Diamonds, Hugo Boss, Allsaints, Andrew Marc, Brunello Cucinelli, we now hear that Elie Tahari, Nautica and The Limited Outlet are on the list as of this morning.
