Today's pick comes from Racked Chicago's editor Jared Hatch

If you're anything like me (adventuresome and unpredictable) you probably know that streamlining your necessary objects takes the pain out of dealing with a crazier life. Sometimes its cleaning out your collection of black pumps and only keeping the ones you dropped bank for. And sometimes its loading your loyalty cards, Howard Schultz-signed Starbucks Gold Card, and fourth grade wallet-size photos onto your phone.
Your wallet is the first of these necessary things. There's also the fact that we Millennials and Gen-Xers are always throwing cash for plastic. Though I do wear bitchin' pumps sometimes, I'm primarily the Millennial wallet streamliner. How do I do it?
The Comme des Garçons 2-zip is the wallet that does it. The design has been around for a while and is considered a little traditional, but it's always been recognized as a quality piece. Not only is it the most efficient use of one piece of leather with one interior pocket, the leather itself is a high-quality Spanish grade and comes in seasonal colorways, patterns and embossed designs—making it all too easy to become a collector.
