We've said it once, and we'll say it again: The biggest retail development of the last decade will be The Fashion Outlets of Chicago. We broke the news of a killer roster of luxury brands that will be opening in the mall, and thereafter suppled you with many juicy, tasty, and Tahari updates.

The latest to hit the inbox today is Theory. Have at it, ladies (and gents). That's right: the store will sell women's and men's collections and is on target to open with the rest of the outlet mall on August 1.
