Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to Vox.com, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.
Bucktown restaurant Red Door will become home to a one-of-a-kind, two-hour-long pop-up shopping experience on June 23, when neighborhood stores take over the patio space to sell their wares. Participating in the fun are Virtu, Roslyn, Radiance Fine Jewelry, Larkspur, vive la femme, Vividbraille, g boutique and Valentia.
The sale selection will include everything from flowers to clothing to letterpress stationery. A $10 donation will get you passed appetizers and champagne cocktails.
The event runs from 4 to 6pm and all proceeds will go to the Wicker Park and Bucktown Chamber of Commerce.
