The Dailey Method, voted as The North Shore's "Best Challenge Workout" by Make It Better magazine is opening yet another location. And for the first time ever is incorporating cycling classes as Dailey Cycle. The newest location is set to open in Northbrook on July 31 with a full weekend schedule of free classes, just like when the Lincoln Park studio opened.

Clocking in at 2,800 square feet in the Willow Festival complex by Whole Foods, this studio will be the 10th in the area to offer one-hour fitness classes, combining athletic ballet barre work, core conditioning, stretching, and orthopedic exercises. The kicker here though is that this will be the first studio in the world to feature Dailey Cycle, a stadium-style, (on Schwinn AC Performance bikes) in a cork-floored studio, offering an additional option for a low impact, heart rate lifting exercise with a high caloric burn.
