Dose Market Turns Two and Brings Back the All-Stars

Any landmark birthday is bound to have a great bash, and with Dose Market hitting the two-year mark this coming Sunday, we're telling you, this bash will be off the chain.

For this out-of-control edition, the Dose curators have partnered with some serious Dose veterans (9 total from the very first Dose) and a few new faces: Cities in Dust, Artfully Disheveled (debut new collection!), Racked 38 member and Old Town stationery shop Greer, tattoo aficionado Floyd A Davis' Artpentry, world-traveled designer C/FAN with new leather and tech accessories, as well as Winifred Grace. For beachy summertime fun, there's toy store *play coming in from Logan Square, A Muse with their glitter tattoos, and herbologists Field & Florist. Additionally, for the very first time Grand Trunk is coming to sell hammocks and lightweight parasheets for beach trips and outdoorsy-types.

Dose Market creator April Francis tells us, "The June Dose is VERY special — we are celebrating DOSE's second year of championing the best of the best in food and fashion — it's not an easy feat! You know Dose is a full-on community effort to generate essential capital and exposure for all the Dosers — and everyone's coming and shopping and eating and laughing and lounging and scoring is an essential ingredient in Dose's success!"

As always, there's free booze: brews from Goose Island and Begyle and cocktails from Letherbee and Next Star. Brunch, too, from La Sirena Clandestina, Indie Burger, Pleasant House and the legendary underground dinner duo, Mikey Corona and Brian Riggenbach of Yo Soy among others.
