So, a new initiative from the Mad Men-esque desks at the Central Lakeview Merchants Association involves casting children in acting roles for a music video. Where it gets weird: The children, who are all under five years old, will receive manicures and tattoos at The East Studio and The Chicago Tattoo Company (respectively) set to Frank Sinatra's "Young at Heart". Does your kid have the acting chops it takes? Email the producers before the filming commences next Tuesday.
