Savory Spice Shop Will Add Flavor to Lincoln Square

A serious new resource for home cooks and chefs is coming to Giddings Plaza. The very straightforwardly-named Savory Spice Shop has replaced kiddie store Sprouts on Lincoln Avenue and is under construction now with a grand opening celebration slated for early September.

The store will stock more than 400 herbs and spices including organic extracts, all kinds of salts and wild options like the Trinidad Scorpion Chiles (dubbed the hottest chile in the world). Keep up with its progress on its Facebook page.
