When you're filing into Soldier Field to see the Bears play the San Diego Chargers for tonight's preseason game, your favorite oversized crossbody won't make it past the stadium guards. DNAInfo reports that the Bears (and the NFL in general) have updated their baggage allowance regulations to improve safety in the stadium throughout the season.
