Around 1:30pm today, Giuliana Rancic tweeted that she was in town and on her way to Willis Tower. She's presumably flanked by the E! crew, but whether or not you actually get to shake hands with the starlet, you may be able to snag a quick peek at the process of putting on an entertainment news show.
