Welcome to Racked Chicago's search for Chicago's hottest trainer. Over the coming weeks, we'll profile eight smoking candidates who work at local gyms and studios. Then, once you've gotten to know everyone, we'll host a March Madness-style showdown in which you get to vote for your favorite.

It's time to meet our fifth Hottest Trainer candidate, the talented Lindy Endres! Lindy is a trainer at Flirty Girl Fitness in Lincoln Park, where in addition to weight training and cardio classes, she tutors her all-female students in the sexy arts of pole dance, pole tricks and chair dance. If you want time with Lindy, it shouldn't be too hard to book—this hard worker teaches 14 classes a week. Her favorites? "Burlesque, because of its sensual, teasing art form; and Fabulously Firm because I love lifting weights, and inspiring my students to lift heavy."
Lindy went to school to be a professional dancer and even briefly considered a career as a jazz singer, but after joining the Flirty Girl Fitness-West Loop studio, she knew she had found her true home. "I fell in love with the atmosphere of an all-women's gym and the classes FG offered," she said. "I felt amazingly confident, powerful and sexy when I was a member attending classes [and] I wanted to inspire women to feel the same!"
Lindy likes to push her students to their limit, but she also counsels care when beginning a workout regimen. "Focus on endurance," she says. "Keep in mind that other classmates may be lifting heavier weights/doing more pushups/moving at a faster tempo than you, but your workout is about what you can do at that moment in that particular class. Hopefully this mindset will leave you feeling completely satisfied and injury free!"
