Blowtique Gets a Ponytail and Bun Bar

We're partial to spots decked with gold-leather fixtures and twinkly chandeliers, so it doesn't take much urging to get us in a Blowtique salon chair. Now, we have another excuse to stop by the Gold Coast spot. Two excuses, actually: buns and ponytails.

The new ponytail and bun bar provides styles for fall galas and holiday parties (and, heck, Sunday-afternoon football parties, if that's your thing.) Messy buns, topknots, twisted ponytails, and more are on offer, and services go for $10 to $35 a pop. If you like a little color, you can toss on a free hair ribbon or have your tresses chalked. But don't get too comfy in that golden chair: the services only take ten to 15 minutes.
