The Versace manse has a new owner. Our sister site reports that the Nakash family— owners of Jordache jeans—trumped The Donald himself in a heated bidding war on Tuesday. The denim pros will take over the elaborate Casa Casuarina in South Beach for a cool $41.5 million.
