The folks at Tavern and Rush know that it's pretty hard to entice people to come out on a Monday night. That's why they're offering a gorgeous incentive. Every Monday in October, the Gold Coast restaurant will give out complimentary raffle tickets at 9 p.m. One first-place winner, announced at 11 p.m., will win a free pair of Christian Louboutin shoes.
