On Monday, Groupon closed the deal to acquire flash-fashion retailer ideeli."Ideeli extends our fashion presence and brings great relationships with many of the top brands in apparel," said Groupon CEO Eric Lefkofsky. Ideeli will maintain its New York City headquarters, and continue to operate its own website. [Chicago Business Journal]
