• The Nike store next to American Apparel also shuttered at the end of December.
• Langford Market has closed as well.
• But cute new restaurants, including Social Table, are moving in soon.
• More signs of life! Freshii will also spring up soon.

There's nothing we love more than a tipster with a camera. A Racked reader recently took a stroll down Armitage Avenue and dropped us a line noting that the Lincoln Park street seems to be "turning more restaurant" than retail-friendly.
