This evening, our fourth annual Racked Awards gala celebration is taking place in NYC, where we'll toast our country's best and brightest retail stars. Birthdays, Christmas... Shopping for the friend who has everything can be quite the task. Thankfully there's Art Effect in Lincoln Park.

The boutique carries a fun, whimsical assortment of goods ranging from home decor to womenswear. You'll find plenty of speciality items and cards perfect for that inside joke. There are also dozens of lovely candles and apothecary items; you can never have too many of those and one size fits all.
