Bucktown will welcome another active lifestyle apparel brand next year. Slated for early 2015, outdoor apparel line Stio will open its first Chicago store in the 1,470 square foot space at 1719 N. Damen, previously home to Tangerine. Stio is just one of the many changes coming to Damen Ave. Edith Hart will be closing at the end of this month, while Shinola and Tom's work towards opening before the end of the year.
According to Baum Realty Group Principal Janika Brenner, "Damen Avenue continues to be one of Chicago's hottest retail streets. National retailers see this as the premiere location in Chicago to roll out emerging concepts."
