AROUND TOWN—All Eater sites were celebrating cocktails during the third annual Cocktail Week. Here in Chicago, there was the 10 most overlooked cocktail bars, the 18 hottest bars in town, an interview with a 38-year bartender, 5 places making house-made Fireball, and much more.

FULTON MARKET—Grant Achatz released some tidbits on his upcoming restaurant this week at a cooking demo. Look for it to be the opposite of Alinea, and be named "Royster," according to a building permit.
