GLENCOE— A North Shore mansion designed by famed architect Howard Van Doren Shaw has sold for $19.5 million, which is suspected of being the priciest home sale in the Chicagoland area ever.

LINCOLN PARK— The Steppenwolf Theatre Company has just unveiled its plan to expand its campus with two new buildings designed by star architects Adrian Smith and Gordon Gill.

LAKESHORE EAST— Jeanne Gang's Aqua tower may soon get a new neighbor. A new skyscraper is being planned for an undeveloped lot at Lakeshore East.

STREETERVILLE— Northwestern University unveiled new renderings and a timeline for its planned biomedical research center in Streeterville which will replace the old Prentice Women's Hospital.
