Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to Vox.com, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.

Protein Bar—the ridiculously addictive spot for juices and high-protein, nutrient-rich snacks—opens its first Lincoln Park location on Saturday. In anticipation of the big event, owner Matt Matros is hosting several days of grand opening activities, including a Ladies Heath and Fitness Night on Thursday. The free shindig will offer snacks and special classes at Lincoln Park's Barre Bee Fit, which is across the street from the new eatery. (You can sign up here.)

But if you can't make the event, or if you want to eat and train the Protein Bar way every day, we asked Matros to devise a little health regimen for us. Below, find three daily menus he whipped up just for Racked readers—one is calorie-conscious, one is vegan, and one is protein-packed. Matros was kind enough to include nutritional info on each of the menu items, and he even suggested workout pairings. Find all his tips below.
