CHICAGOLAND—After an epic poll of more than 50,000 votes, Eater readers decided once and for all who makes the best deep dish in Chicago. That pizza spot is Lou Malnati's, who overtook Pizzeria Uno and celebrated with a viral video of Gatorade dumping.

LOGAN SQUARE—Yes, Fat Rice is busy. But did you know how busy the inventive and acclaimed far-and-wide restaurant is? Try lines of more than 100 people in the dead of the polar vortex and waits of more than three hours.

BRIDGEPORT—Visitors to Sox games at The Cell this season will have some special treats: Bacon-on-a-stick, three-pound sundaes, and chicken and waffle sandwiches. These are just a few new items to hit concessions at the South Side stadium this year.

LOGAN SQUARE—A secret long-planned bar from the owners of Cafe Con Leche is finally ready to open. The Harding Tavern is coming on April 4.
