Vividbraille's event tonight is going to be like a farmer's marker of Chicago design. From 7 to 9 p.m., the Bucktown shop [2064 North Damen Avenue] will host a Chicago Designer Opening. The makers behind local lines Aporta, Laura Lombardi Jewelry, Dallas Maynard, Chelli Harms Collection, Leah Ball, Hidden Folk, and Anna Hovet will be on hand to meet and greet shoppers and show off their latest collections. And lest you get starstruck meeting all these designers, there will be drinks on hand to keep the conversation flowing. [Racked Inbox]
