Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to Vox.com, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.

Most likely, your office did not make our list of Chicago's best manicure spots. But that could all change come Monday, when Manicube launches locally. The business, founded by entrepreneurs Katina Mountanos and Liz Whitman, provides in-office manicures and has already set up shop in New York and Boston. (It will launch in more cities later this year.)

With the mission to make manicures easy and quick for busy working women (and, yes, men), Manicube partners with companies to send licensed nail technicians to their offices on a regular basis. Technicians work speedily to keep services at 15 to 25 minutes, and offerings ($12 to $20) include the "Everyday Mani" and a "Long- Weekend Mani" that stays put a little longer thanks to Vinylux.

The service has 50 to 60 color options from brands such as Chanel, Deborah Lippmann, Essie, and OPI. According to reps, the most popular hues for the season are—drum roll, please—Essie's Ole Caliente and Deborah Lippmann's Blue Orchid.
