ROGERS PARK - The Emil Bach House, Frank Lloyd Wright's Prairie School masterpiece located in Rogers Park is nearing the end of its two year long renovation and will reopen next week as a vacation rental and event space.
LOGAN SQUARE - A large five story, 66 unit single room occupancy-style project was presented this week to a packed audience in Logan Square. The "micro-apartment" development would charge $1,000 per month for 320 square foot studios.
OAK PARK - The Frank Lloyd Wright designed Robert P. Parker House can now be had for only $775,000. The infamous "bootleg" home, has been meticulously restored.
GOLD COAST - A new 33 story tower has been announced for the Gold Coast, and Curbed has the preliminary drawings.
