Puretergent Makes Us Excited to do Laundry

Brand new to the Chicago market, Puretergent is a new type of laundry detergent. Washing with it is kind of like treating your clothes to a spa day. The phosphate-free formula is scented with essential oils in calming scents such as lavender and eucalyptus. The scents fill the laundry room while the load is in the washer, but don't stay on the clothes. There are different types of detergent meant to add softness, keep colors vibrant, and fight stains, and packaging is eco-friendly. The product was developed by a former fashion designer, and is designed to make clothes super-soft—you won't need a fabric softener. Locally, it's available at Jewel stores.
