Local lady Carlene Mahanna was on her way to the premiere of HBO's Normal Heart yesterday when one our tipsters spotted her in this graphic, Christian Francis Roth dress. (Note the accompanying swipes of red on her lips, shoes, and terribly cute glasses by See Eyewear.) "With Memorial Day on the horizon, I was feeling me some red white and blue," said Mahanna. And for you beauty buffs: the lipstick is Kat Von D's everlasting love liquid lipstick in Outlaw.
