RIVER NORTH—Two new towers were presented this week at a community meeting in River North. One tower would replace the old pizza-adorned Gino's East building and the other would replace the Howard Johnson Inn.
LOGAN SQUARE—This northwest side neighborhood continues to boom, and a new two building mixed-use development is poised to move forward. The plan includes 78 rental units, 6,500 square feet of ground level retail and 55 parking spaces.
