Sorry for the recent radio silence on this, dear readers. We've been busy trying to track down any hints of what's moving into the former Escada store at 840 North Michigan Avenue. We got word today. It's not going to be a Uniqlo. (Sorry.) It's not going to be a Rochester Big & Tall.

It shall be... a Verizon Wireless store. (Can you hear us now?) Our friends on the Avenue have promised to keep us informed on further developments, so stay tuned for opening date and all the other details.
