Veruca Chocolates, the boutique chocolatier, will open a retail location attached to its production kitchen in Logan Square. Shoppers can watch chocolate-makers in action, and stock up on the signature line of bonbons, caramels, and solid pieces, as well as seasonal goodies. The store is at 2409 North Western Avenue, and opens May 21. The current collection, inspired by Mother's Day, has breakfast-in-bed flavors including "vanilla latte" chocolates and "pink grapefruit" caramels. [Racked Inbox]
