Tria boutique is now open in the North Shore. Women's Wear Daily reports that the store, which specializes in footwear, carries a wide selection of brands for both men and women. It also carries handbags and accessories.

Co-owners Jody Strauss-Figura and Tony Patel, along with the store's buyer manager David Sugg, all met when they worked at Glencoe's Shirise boutique, which has since closed. Sensing a void in the Deerfield market, they conspired to open a high-end shoe boutique in the area, and Tria debuted in March.

The store is 5,000 square feet and has modern white fixtures, blue walls, and twinkling chandeliers. The footwear name-checks 50 international designers, including Oscar de la Renta, Rupert Sanderson, and L.K. Bennett. There are also handbags from Jason Wu and Diane Von Furstenberg. Later this month, owners plan to roll out an online boutique.
