The Spa at Four Seasons Hotel Chicago is getting fancy with mixology—but there's not a martini shaker in sight. The swanky spot just launched its summer treatment menu, which includes a beautifully scented body treatment dubbed Aroma Mixology.

The 50-minute service ($150-$160) uses gentle massage techniques that are meant to release energy, then stimulate the central nervous system to give a feeling of renewal. The treatment includes essential oils with healing side-effects; sage, for example, is meant to awaken mental clarity. The oils, a therapist told us, seep right into the skin to do their magic on the central nervous system, and a little time spent in the spa's steam room only enhances the effects.

The spa also has a Salt of the Earth Blend Bar Mix Station. The hand-crafted products mix sugar, salt, and grape-seed oil; at the spa, guests can work with staffers to create their own products with custom scents.
