Along with a retail are staffed with curly-hair experts, the salon offers a service called "curl coaching." Shoppers who make a purchase of $50 or more get one-on-one training on how to use the product, whether it's for a braid-out, twist-out, flat-twist, or wash. The service includes a glass of bubbly or a non-alcoholic drink, as well.
