Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to Vox.com, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.

Media network PopSugar and Simple Skincare are on a mission to spread the skincare gospel, and they're hitting up Millennium Park this weekend. From 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, Passport to Healthy Skin will take place at the downtown venue, offering everything from yoga classes to detoxifying teas, mini massages, and (naturally) skincare tips.

So what inspired the event? "I love experimenting with new beauty products, but makeup only goes so far if you don't have a foundation of good skin," said Nancy Einhart, PopSugar's executive editor. "Over the years, I've learned that eating healthy, drinking lots of water, and exercising almost every day have a huge impact. At Passport to Healthy Skin, we'll be teaching guests about healthy recipes, exercises, and relaxation techniques that can help them live a healthier life. And, I'll be on hand in Chicago to share our tried-and-true tips."
