Get Pitchfork Pretty at Free People Tonight

If there's any brand that personifies festival fashion, it has to be Free People. So if you still need some Pitchfork styling inspiration—or are already beginning to stack up on fringed ponchos for Lollapalooza—consider stopping by the brand's Festival Pre-Party this evening.

Three local Free People stores are hosting bashes from 6 to 8 p.m. tonight. At the Water Tower outpost [835 North Michigan Avenue], shoppers can get crafty by studding their own festival totes. At the Wicker Park store [1464 North Milwaukee Avenue] there will be a braid bar, and the Southport store [3447 North Southport Avenue] will host a backyard concert featuring local band Island of Misfit Toys.

And if you're stuck at home tonight (or have more than enough studded totes already), get ready for the weekend with the brand's festival playlist. Rock on.
